I thrive on simple things.
My golden retrievers Lola and Winnie, my gorgeous old country cottage, outings with my mum, sisters and family, walks, vintage furniture, sewing, pottering in my garden, catch ups with friends, going to the movies, live music and curling up with a great book.
I adore the country and the Adelaide Hills where I grew up.
My entire career has been immersed in this magical craft and my business is my baby.
I’ve studied photography, obtained a Diploma in Commercial Photography, worked in labs, studios and been in business for over 25 years.

Hundreds and hundreds of family shoots and weddings, some lovely exhibitions and nice awards. Film, darkrooms and now digital and computers.
I’ve been gifted with a talent which I have harnessed and grown, it's been my journey, straight from Year 12 at school.
My dear Dad built me my first darkroom, a third of his shed when I was 16, although I did try to negotiate for half haha !
In 2011, I became a Master Photographer with the AIPP ( Australian Institute of Professional Photographers ) which was a special moment in my life.
My decision to move back to my Hills roots, embrace a tree change in 2015 has been the best decision I have ever made.
I've slowly renovated my beautiful old home in Strathalbyn.
Built in 1860, she's a real gem. Lucky to find although I think it was waiting for me all along as I searched for my forever home.
Also on my little property, we converted a rustic stone building to my studio, it's a funky, cool work space.
My dream is to one day add a big funky shed and extend it so I have more room to be creative and also have an indoor shooting space.
I have photographed the love stories of many couples, as they got married. What a privilege that has been, around 1000 weddings.
In 2021, I made a heartfelt decision and hung up my Wedding Cameras. It was time for change.
The end of an era. 25 years of shooting weddings.
My focus is now completely my Portrait work. Back to where it all began, many years ago.
Small business is an all consuming, constant commitment and challenge and I always work so hard.
I cherish what I have built and I am pretty proud of little me.
I feel it is my purpose. My place.
My business is my big love.
Capturing joy, bringing people happiness and specialness when things in the world are pretty messed up right now.
