At Kerin Burford Photography, your complete satisfaction with our photographs and services is our utmost goal. Due to the custom nature of photography and the ability for clients to review images before purchase, we maintain a specific policy on refunds, returns, and exchanges.
No Refund/Return/Exchange Policy
Given the custom and digital nature of our photography services:
Once an order has been placed and the photographs have been sent, we operate under a strict NO REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY.
Albums and custom prints are considered final sales unless a manufacturer defect is evident or damage occurred during shipping. Any such issues must be reported within 48 hours (2 business days) from the date of receipt.
In cases where an order is processed erroneously (e.g., incorrect size, color, or style of the book compared to the original order), please contact us immediately for rectification.
Exceptions
If a photograph received does not match the one ordered as per the invoice, Kerin Burford Photography will send the correct photograph to the client at no additional charge.
Transactions are considered final once the buyer selects, pays for, and receives the photograph. Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction with a photo or selection of an incorrect photo after delivery. It is crucial to notify us before the delivery of the photograph if a mistake has been made in your selection.
